About Luna, the practitioner

A coach who’s been
the burned-out one, too.

Ten years in the wellness industry taught me what actually moves people — and what’s just pretty content. This page is the honest version.

01 The story

Hi, I’m Luna.

pronounced LOO-nah · she / her

I spent most of my twenties working in corporate marketing and teaching yoga on weekends — convinced that if I just optimised harder, I’d feel better. At 28, my body made that impossible. Burnout, chronic migraines, the works.

What finally helped wasn’t another protocol. It was a somatic practitioner in a sunlit room in Oaxaca who told me, kindly, that my nervous system had been on high alert for so long it had forgotten what safe even felt like.

“The work isn’t becoming someone new. It’s remembering you were never the problem.”

That unraveling took years. The coaching I do now is the coaching I wish I’d had — slower, more honest, more embodied, less performative. It’s not a program. It’s a practice of remembering.

Trained, certified,
still learning.

03 · What I believe

A few
non-negotiables.

I

Rest is the practice.

Not a reward after the work. The actual work. The whole thing.

II

Your intuition, first.

I’m here to reflect, not prescribe. You already know.

III

Softness is strength.

The nervous system doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to safety.

IV

Small, consistent, sacred.

Three quiet minutes every morning beats one long retreat a year.

V

Grow at your pace.

Six months. Three years. A decade. The body has its own timing.

VI

No toxic positivity.

Some days are hard. We’ll meet them there, not above them.

04 A week in the practice

How I
actually work.

A quiet desk, journal and tea
Mon

Writing & intake. Long walks between meetings. Voice notes to current clients.

Tue

Client sessions, 9–4. Two on Zoom, one in-person if the weather holds.

Wed

Rest day. No sessions, no email. A slow morning, a longer breathwork practice, lunch outside.

Thu

Client sessions, 9–4. Afternoon supervision with my own coach.

Fri

Closing rituals, group prep for Rooted Circle. A fire, if it’s cold.

05 Begin

a fit?
